If your delivery address is in the UK
If you are a private individual, or a small organisation which is not VAT-registered, you will have to pay Value Added Tax (VAT) on your order.
If you are VAT-registered organisation, you will still have to pay VAT on your order. However, your accounts department will claim back the VAT, so only the net cost of the goods will show against your budget.
If your delivery address is in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Ireland or Portugal
When you order, you will be asked to pay Value Added Tax (BTW/TVA/MwSt/VAT/IVA) at your local rate, and any customs duty payable.
We will then ship the order to you with all import duties and taxes paid (DDP), so that you have nothing more to pay.
If your delivery address is not in the above countries
You will pay no UK taxes on your order, but you will be responsible for paying any local taxes or import duties that may be charged to you by the tax authorities in your own country.
However most countries, including the USA and Canada, allow orders below a reasonable value to be imported duty-free.
