Refund policy
Orders cancelled before despatch
Orders may be cancelled at any time up until the time of despatch. You must Email us to cancel your order. On receipt of your email, we will cancel your order, and refund any payment you have made.
Please note, though, that if the order was placed by an organisation (rather than a consumer) and is cancelled within 48 hours of the planned time of despatch, we reserve the right to apply a handling charge of 10% of the purchase cost.
Products to be returned which are incomplete, wrong, damaged or faulty
If the products we send to you are incomplete, are the wrong products, are found to be damaged when you open the packaging, or are faulty, you must Email us within
a) 5 days if the products are incomplete, wrong or damaged
b) 14 days if the products are faulty
We will then advise you of the procedure for returning the products to us. You must return the products to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them.
When we receive the returned products, we will examine them, and where necessary consider the terms of the manufacturer's warranty. We will then notify you by email within a reasonable period of time whether
a) the goods will be replaced, or
b) the goods should be returned to us, or
c) the payment you made for the defective products will be refunded.
We will process any refund due to you as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days. Any refund made will include the purchase cost of the products which are incomplete, wrong, damaged or faulty, the delivery charges for sending those products to you, and the postage cost incurred by you in returning those products to us.
Products to be returned for any other reason
You may cancel an order in whole or in part at any time within 14 days of delivery, beginning on the day after you received the products. You must Email us to cancel your order.
We will then advise you by email of the procedure for returning the products to us. Upon receipt of our email, you must return the products to us within 7 days, in the same sealed bags in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk.
When we receive the returned products, we will process any refund due to you as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of the date that the returned goods were received.
We will refund the price of the products returned in full, but we regret that we are not able to refund the cost of shipping the products to you, and in addition you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us.
Also, if you live in the EU, please note that it is not possible for us to refund any tax or duty that you may have paid on your order, as this will already have been passed on to your country's tax authorities.
General conditions for Cancellation and Returns policy
Before any products are returned, you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of them while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
We will usually refund any money to you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
All notices given by you to us must be given by Email or by post, using the email address or postal address on our About us / Contact us page.
We may give notice to you at either the e-mail address or postal invoice address you provide to us when placing an order. Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an e-mail is sent, or three days after the date of posting of any letter. In proving the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that such letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an e-mail, that such e-mail was sent to the specified e-mail address of the addressee.
